    Refund Policy

    Refund, Defective Goods, Adverse Reactions, and Returns Policy for Dr. Lashika’s Practice

    1. Defective Goods: – If you receive a product with a defective container (plastic or glass), a leaking product, or a faulty pump/nozzle mechanism, please notify us within 7 days of purchase. We will arrange to collect the defective product at our expense and provide you with the option of a refund, replacement, or store credit, in accordance with Section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act No. 68 of 2008 (“CPA”).

    2. Adverse Reactions: – Many products, especially those containing active ingredients like anti-aging creams, may cause mild, transient irritation upon initial use. We advise using these products no more than three times a week at first, gradually increasing to daily use. For severe reactions, please contact us at 066 241 2161. Refunds for products causing adverse reactions will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We recommend consulting with Dr. Lashika prior to purchasing such products.

    3. Change of Mind: – If you decide you no longer want a product after it has been shipped, you may return it within 5 days at your own expense. The product must be unopened and in its original packaging. In such cases, we will provide you with a store credit. Monetary refunds are not available in these circumstances.

    4. General Return Guidelines:- The following guidelines apply: – Products must be purchased directly from our practice. – Products must be returned within 30 days of the order date. – Include a copy of your receipt or a note with your order number, name, email address, and phone number, along with your reason for returning the product. – Returns or refunds are not available for used products. – Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. – Products specified as non-returnable or not for resale cannot be returned.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
